N.O.R.A.D. Announces new e-mail system: SecureTrek Messaging System
SecureTrek offers a new WebMail client that lets you send and receive mail using a Web browser. You can log on to Web Messaging from a browser on any computer with a supported browser, send and receive email, create contacts, and organize and manage mail folders without installing email client software.
A unified main Web page allows user-friendly access to critical email functions: Inbox, SpamBox , folders, composing, personal settings, rule and contact management, and the ability to switch between the client and the administrator pages if you have Administrator privileges.
With the Workgroup Share plug-in, the contacts and contact lists are automatically imported from your Outlook into the new Web Messaging client. A new Contacts folder is created that includes contacts and contact lists
SecureTrek includes Spam blocking with a unique combination of human and machine intelligence that identifies and blocks spam in 30 languages and stores them in individual user’s Spam mailboxes, which are then automatically deleted after 3 days.
SecureTrek’s new email virus scanners protects your business and your users from email borne threats by offering fully-integrated anti-virus technology from two leading security vendors.

SecureTrek Instant Messaging
Instant Messaging (IM) is a collaboration technology that allows co-workers to use their computer to communicate with each other singly or in groups. IM eliminates communication gaps between people and departments. IM can be used to communicate effectively and instantly with co-workers down the hall and around the world.
Unlike public IM products such as AIM, SecureTrek IM conversations are encrypted using 168-bit 3DES encryption standard Users may check the availability of others at a glance; include files and documents in conversations; and, invite multiple users to join a conversation.
Users may also send messages to others even when they are offline; set their status on the system, such as "On the Phone"; retrieve, save, and print previous conversations; and, spell-check, in real-time, before messages are sent.
Other features include conversation recall which automatically retrieves the entire conversation when it is continued after the client has been closed; the ability to log and record all IM sessions; and, export conversations to RTF files for archival purposes.
SecureTrek WorkShare
SecureTrek WorkShare includes powerful collaboration tools that allow Microsoft Outlook users to share their own up-to-date contact lists, calendars, task lists and Outlook notes securely within your organization. With free/busy scheduling, SecureTrek enables coworkers to check each other's availability before sending meeting invitations. Administrators can create and update company-wide contact lists and calendars centrally, eliminating the need for everyone to maintain separate copies of the same information.
SecureTrek Online Backup Service
SecureTrek Online Backup Service (OBS) provides a totally invisible mode of operation that silently backs up data at scheduled intervals without interrupting your daily work ... keeping your data assets protected and your time productive.
Backup automatically as often as you like - no need for you to remember. Backup is located off-site - hurricanes, fire and theft won't result in lost data. Backup is guaranteed secure: no one can steal your data.
448-bit Encryption assures that your data is safe as it travels across the Internet and Compression algorithm allows you to store large amounts of data.
